An intimate six course degustation dinner is served on a private pontoon on the edge of the lily-pad strewn lagoon under a canopy of ancient emerald vines. Set in a breathtaking and pure rainforest environment, a locally-inspired seasonal menu with a hint of native ingredients highlighting the riches of this region will be showcased just to you.
