Join a guided Dreamtime Walk, conducted by the local Kuku Yalanji Indigenous people, to gain a deeper insight into the ancient flora and fauna of the rainforest and learn about traditional plant uses and the Kuku Yalanji culture. Or, take in the towering rainforest, crystal-clear streams, striking mountains, and boulder-strewn gorge at your own pace on a self-guided walk. We recommend that you pack a picnic hamper from the Daintree Ecolodge and enjoy lunch by one of the many waterholes as you appreciate the wonders of your lush rainforest surrounds. Mossman Gorge is a 40-minute drive south from the Daintree Ecolodge.
