Daintree Romancer

Trying delicious natural ice cream in the Daintree Rainforest is something that we recommend all our guests do, at least once. The Daintree Ice Cream Company use organically grown fruit and the finest local ingredients to flavour their tropical frozen treats. You can take a self-guided walk around the 22-acre orchard, where over 15 species of exotic fruit trees are grown, and try their handmade ice cream, gelatos and sorbets. Head to 1819R Cape Tribulation Road, Diwan QLD 4873 – when you’re driving, look out for the sign 14km north of the Daintree Ferry, on the left. This could be the most scenic spot that you’ve ever enjoyed an ice cream!
