Celebrate this Christmas at Daintree Ecolodge. Our chef has planned the perfect festive feast, with tantalising local produce and traditional favourites, alongside dishes with a delicious regional twist.
Platters of sensational dishes include starters that feature local seafood and aromatic native ingredients. For the main course, it’s the time-honoured favourites with all the trimmings. Daintree honey & pepper glazed ham, slow-cooked turkey breast and succulent lamb roast. The day of dining is capped off deliciously with a spiced chocolate cake and Shannonvale Wine trifle.
