Check out time is 10 am. Check in time is 2 pm. Check in prior to 2 pm will be subject to availability. Any requests for check out after 10 am may attract a day use charge of 50% of the villa rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations made:
- Up to 7 days before arrival, a full refund of all monies paid where applicable will be given.
- Between 7–3 days before arrival, including bookings made within this period, a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night’s tariff per villa will be charged.
- Within 3 days of arrival, including bookings made within this period, the total booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Unused Services - No refund can be given for any unused services or early departures.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Should any of the above cancellations be a Package - further cancellation charges or administration fee may be applicable for components within this package that Daintree Eco Lodge & Spa are liable for.

0 – 6 years N.A. * 6 – 12 years Charge: Child rates apply 12 + years Charge: Adult rates apply * Daintree Eco Lodge & Spa is not suitable for children under the age of 6 and the property does not cater for them.
