Julaymba Gallery displays and retails authentic local Aboriginal and Non-Indigenous art. Ideal as a gift for that someone special or a special memento of your stay at Daintree Eco Lodge & Spa. The goal is for Daintree Eco Lodge & Spa to be primary outlet for local Indigenous Artists where they can expose their culture and sell their works.
A catalogue of the artworks, including the story of the artists, and the original artworks is available. When purchasing any of these original pieces, we can arrange a meeting with local artists on site for photographs. With all purchases from Julaymba Gallery, we can arrange freight and insurance at the purchasers cost.
In-room Art Work
Each Villa has been named by the Kuku Yalanji elders and themed commissioned art work adorns each villa and is available for purchase.
It was created by Herbert and Pamela Salt, an award-winning husband and wife team who can trace family links to this area. Pamela and Herbert are destined for world recognition and their artwork is set to appreciate in value and become widely sought after. |

Create your own Aboriginal inspired masterpiece to take home, using earthy colours or ochre’s from the waterfall and interacting ina natural and relaxed atmosphere. All supplies and tuition included. |
